About Carrie L. Dinwiddie

Carrie L. Dinwiddie has a strong background in both litigation and negotiation. She practices primarily in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, probate, estate planning and traffic cases. She is a past town prosecutor, which gives her unique experience in handling traffic and municipal cases. Ms. Dinwiddie serves as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem for children in family cases and for individuals in probate and guardianship matters. She gives back to the community by volunteering time at the Bankruptcy Pro Se Help Desk and serving on the Volunteer Lawyers Project. She has served in a leadership role for several years in Mothers & More, a national organization dedicated to improving the lives of mothers. She is also actively involved in her children’s school on PTA and serves on the Superintendent’s Advisory Council.
